DOH-Polk Offices Close in Honor of America’s 250th Birthday

DOH-Polk will be closed July 2-6. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Polk County, Fla.— All Florida Department of Health offices in Polk County (DOH-Polk) will close on the following dates in honor of America’s 250^th birthday:

Thursday, July 2, 2026
Friday, July 3, 2026
Monday, July 6, 2026

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. DOH-Polk reminds residents and visitors to celebrate safely over the holiday weekend.
