DOH-Polk Offices Close in Observance of Independence Day

Polk County, Fla.— All Florida Department of Health offices in Polk County (DOH-Polk) will close on Thursday, July 3, 2025, and Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day.  

Regular office hours will resume on Monday, July 7, 2025. DOH-Polk reminds residents and visitors to celebrate safely over the holiday weekend.
