Polk County, Fla. — All Florida Department of Health offices in Polk County (DOH-Polk) will close on Monday, November 11, 2024, in honor of Veterans Day.
Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. DOH-Polk reminds residents and visitors to celebrate safely over the holiday.
