Polk County, FL — The Florida Department of Health in Polk County (DOH-Polk) invites residents to the Lil’ Bundles Community Baby Shower on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4pm to 7pm. The event will be located at:

Attendees of this FREE baby shower will have a chance to learn about safe sleep practices, water safety, developmental milestones, breastfeeding, and nutrition. Representatives from community organizations will also be present to provide resources and referrals. There will be first-come, first-served giveaways for car seats, strollers, and more. This event is open to all families with children under the age of 3, families who are expecting, and even those who are planning to expand their family. 

The Lil’ Bundles Community Baby Shower is part of the DOH-Polk’s efforts to bridge health outcome gaps in Polk County. DOH-Polk aims to provide educational information, resources, and tools to families so that children can get what they need to grow up healthy and safe.
