The Florida Department of Health in Polk County would like to inform the public that due to a decrease in demand for COVID-19 testing, our no-cost COVID-19 testing site will be relocated.
From: Ariana Clubhouse - 321 Ramsgate Rd, Auburndale
To: Auburndale Testing and Vaccination Center - 245 E Lake Ave, Auburndale
Effective: Feb. 14th
Appointments are recommended, to schedule an appointment please call (863) 519-7911.
Hours will remain the same:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
