DOH-Polk is holding a Back-to-School Vaccine Event from 7/28/2023 to 8/14/2023, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
ONLY daycare, pre-K, K-12 grade, and college students will be vaccinated during this event. All others should schedule an appointment before July 28 or after August 14.
Vaccinations will be at the Lakeland DOH Clinic and, resuming on August 4th, at Haines City DOH Clinic. Walk-ins ONLY.
